First mentioned in historical documents in 1100 A.D. as “Villae Ripae” – the “villa of the white hills” – the property stands along an ancient Etruscan trade route. Over centuries it has belonged to noble families, landowners, artists and filmmakers, each leaving a unique cultural imprint.

In 2018, the estate was carefully restored by a group of international investors, blending traditional Tuscan architecture with contemporary design and understated luxury. Today, the former Palazzo welcomes guests as one of the most exclusive villas in this area of Tuscany.
